Meet Moises & Victor

Did you know that there are more than 500 children with special needs waiting to be adopted in Bexar County? Much like twins, Moises and Victor, these bright, loving and inspiring children have so much to offer yet are often overlooked. 

In an effort to get these children into loving, nurturing " forever homes" , the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS) and the Gordon Hartman Foundation have joined together to make a difference through Homes for Special Hearts.

With this unique program, we hope to educate and encourage potential adoptive parents to consider sharing their hearts and homes with these beautiful, special children.
